Mission & Vision

Mission Statement:

Calvary Chapel Northwest is a fellowship of believers in the Lordship of Jesus Christ, whom we trust and follow. It is our desire here at Calvary that you find a genuine group of people who are real with each other and real with God. We seek to know Christ, passionately love Him, and be conformed into His image by the power of the Holy Spirit. We are not a denominational church, nor are we opposed to denominations as such, only their emphasis on non-biblical teachings that divides the Body of Christ. We believe that the true basis of Christian fellowship is God’s love, which is greater than our differences. Without His love, we have no right to say that we are Christians. Our three-fold vision is to be a church that is: “Knowing, Growing, and Going.” We desire to KNOW Jesus, and develop genuine relationships with one another. In doing so, we will GROW in the grace and knowledge of Jesus Christ, and GO into the world (both near and far) to preach and make disciples.
